Starting with a classic house sound, “A Feeling” moves through some upbeat disco-house tracks before entering a harder realm. The journey incorporates electrohouse and some good tribal beats before returning to the familiar disco groove. As with all my sets, this one represents the journey through which I like to take an audience. There are 3 distinct sections within this set.

Over the last couple of weeks I have been spending time thinking about putting together a ten-minute mix. Sometimes known as “micro-mixes” or “megamixes”, these short sets have become quite popular on youtube. I’m going to plan one and execute it properly. I believe a properly planned ten-minute mix should take its audience on the same type of journey as a full mixset. As soon as I have it done, I’ll post it here.
